Biography

Emily McDonnell received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Prior to that she graduated with dual undergraduate degrees in International Business and French. During law school, Emily interned as a law clerk for a boutique immigration firm located in Hartford, Connecticut, and continued working there as an attorney until she relocated to Denver.

Emily has exclusively practiced immigration law since 2015 and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Emily joined McGuire Law to continue focusing her practice on family-based immigration, removal defense, and humanitarian benefits.
