Emily is an associate in the firm’s Casualty Department, where she focuses her practice on the defense of complex product liability, fire loss, general liability, and subrogation matters. She represents a wide range of local, national, and international manufacturers and distributors, including those involved in tools, electrical components, automatic doors, construction equipment, ladders, heavy machinery, and industrial systems.
Prior to joining the firm, Emily was an associate at a civil litigation firm in Philadelphia where she handled asbestos, complex product lability, professional liability, construction defect, and general liability matters and an associate at civil litigation firm in Newark, New Jersey where she handled complex personal injury, civil child abuse, and general liability matters. for numerous Fortune 500 Companies.
Emily earned her B.A. in 2017 from the University of Scranton, where she majored in Philosophy, with minors in History and Sociology. She earned her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in May of 2021. During law school, Emily was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society where she was a Quarterfinalist of the Spring 2021 Distinguished Jurist Competition.
Since 2014, Emily has been an active and devoted member of the Falls Lions Club, located in her hometown of Falls, Pennsylvania.
