Biography

Emily Reber-Mariniello, Esq. formed her practice, ERM Immigration Law, PLLC, in May of 2012 in San Francisco, California. The firm relocated to Seattle Washington in 2015, but continues to serve clients throughout the West Coast, Pacific Northwest, Mountain West, and globe. Before practicing immigration law, Emily worked for the largest public defender's agency in Seattle, Washington. Over the three years working at that agency, she obtained valuable skills useful to the practice of immigration law.

Emily understands that when a person or business is seeking legal assistance, they are often in the midst of one of the most challenging times in their lives. It is her philosophy that lawyering isn't just about knowing the law, but it is also about counseling the client in a way that meets their personal or business needs so that they have a pleasant, calm, and successful experience.

Emily's doesn't focus on the size or status of her practice, or of her client. Rather, her focus is on what is important: quality work, thorough communication, and thoughtful preparation of the client's immigration or citizenship matter. Emily is experienced in various types of immigration and citizenship processes; including, Adjustments of Status (Green Cards); DACA; Asylum; U-Visa; Consular Processing (Visas); 601/601A Waivers; TN NAFTA Professionals; EB1A, Aliens of Extraordinary Ability; EB-2, National Interest Waivers (NIW); H1B; E2 Investor Visas, and more. ERM will also be serving startups with the resumption of the International Entrepreneur Parole Program and can support those who are Adjusting Status or have Asylum matters in proceedings at EOIR (immigration court). Emily and her associate also provide representation in naturalization and citizenship matters.
