Emily Long is a senior associate at our Tampa and Orlando offices, where she specializes in representing builders, developers, and general contractors in a diverse range of legal issues, including construction defects and complex litigation matters. With extensive experience advocating for clients at all stages of litigation, Emily participates in both courtroom settings and administrative forums.

Recognized as a top-rated construction litigation attorney in the Tampa Bay area, Emily has earned accolades as a 2024 and 2025 Florida Rising Star by Super Lawyers and has been featured by Tampa Magazine as a leading attorney in the insurance field.

Emily earned her law degree from Liberty University School of Law, where she served as vice president of Street Law, a national organization dedicated to mentoring and supporting at-risk youth. Emily is also a volunteer with Bay Area Legal Services, a non-profit providing free civil legal services to low-income Tampa residents.
