Emily joined Larmore Scarlett in 2019 after nearly four years in Philadelphia as a child advocate attorney. Born and raised in Chester County, Emily was eager to join a small firm to be able to live, work, and contribute to the vibrant community in Chester County. She became a lawyer to help families and individuals solve problems, and to advocate for them.
