Ms. Towey regularly advises hospitals, nursing homes, licensed healthcare practitioners and other healthcare providers on federal and state regulatory compliance matters relating to professional and facility licensure and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, reimbursement and certification. Much of Ms. Towey's practice is devoted to assisting healthcare providers in all levels of the Medicare and/or Medicaid administrative appeals processes.
