Biography

Family is everything. That’s why choosing the right family law attorney to resolve your family disputes will be one of the most important decisions you’ll ever have to make. Having experienced a family law matter litigation myself, I truly understand how stressful and nerve-racking the court process can be and how important it is to have the right attorney by your side. You NEED an attorney you can get in contact with whenever you have questions. Even when it’s not an emergency, having a responsive, caring, and knowledgeable attorney makes all the difference during this difficult time in your life.

I practice exclusively in family law with a focus on contested and complex cases including litigation of child custody, modifications, contempt of court, and high asset divorce cases. I have a domineering presence in the courtroom and have won cases against the toughest odds. I am bold, aggressive, articulate, sharp and have the experience and skills necessary to win for my clients.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia University and my J.D. from Emory School of Law. I am actively involved in the Atlanta legal community and serve on the Board of Directors for the Family Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. I frequently lecture and speak at continuing legal education seminars and devote time as an official Guardian Ad Litem. I am a certified mediator, also providing training to professionals who want to learn Alternative Dispute Resolution, and am involved with several other great organizations such as the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association. I have been named as one of Super Lawyers Georgia’s Rising Stars – a prestigious peer-nominated designation that honors only 2.5% of selected attorneys in the State - consistently since 2015. I have been named as a “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Advocates, and have been featured in the Atlantan Magazine as one of Atlanta's Women of Power and Influence.

I understand how challenging and emotionally draining family law litigation can be, which is why I strive to make the process smooth and easy for my clients. I always provide candid and open consultations so you can truly get a sense of who I am, how I practice and how I can help you and your family. I provide guidance, strategy and expert advice to all my clients, addressing both their short-term and long-term goals while offering realistic expectations as to the process and outcome. I want my clients to feel a sense of stability and know with confidence that I am truly interested in seeing them thrive both during and after our journey together. When I take a case I don't just represent my clients - I invest in them!
