Biography

Emma B. Glazer began her legal career at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP. As a Partner specializing in medical malpractice litigation, psychiatric malpractice defense, personal injury defense and professional liability defense, she defends physicians, teaching hospitals, health care delivery systems and biomedical re search facilities. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including federal court cases.

Emma received 2024 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch recognition for Medical Malpractice Law - Defendants. Attorneys receiving this honor are recognized by their peers early in their careers for outstanding professional excellence. She has also been selected to the New York Rising Stars list, earning the respect of her peers as one of the top-rated attorneys in the nation.

During law school, Emma was the Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Journal of In ternational & Comparative Law, a volunteer for the Cardozo Advocates for Kids program, and the Chief Research Assistant to Professor Marci Hamilton at Cardozo. She currently sits on the Firm’s Publications Committee.
