Biography

Emma Cohen focuses her practice on a range of intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes.

Emma has experience assisting in litigation matters from the initial stages through pre-trial preparation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, and motion practice. Emma’s complex patent litigation experience includes ANDA/Hatch Waxman matters, electronics, and a variety of software-based technologies. She also supports transactional matters involving IP rights.

Emma earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was a member of the Colorado Technology Law Journal, the IP Inn of Court, and the IP Law Association. She also served as a student patent attorney for the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic USPTO Program.
