Emma Marshall is an experienced associate attorney at WSHB's office in Hartford, Connecticut. She handles complex civil litigation, with a particular focus on premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and employment.

Emma attended the Western New England School of Law as a part-time evening student. While pursuing her law degree, she worked full-time during the day at one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. Additionally, she volunteered with CT Law Help, which provides legal assistance to low-income individuals.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys running, reading, and visiting breweries.
