Biography

Emma King is an associate in Robinson & Henry’s Family Law practice, where she works to help clients navigate divorce, custody, and other family-related matters. Her background includes work across several legal areas, giving her a broad perspective in handling complex and sensitive cases.

Before joining Robinson & Henry, Emma gained experience in criminal law, civil litigation, and education law. At the University of Colorado’s Office of Equity, she conducted sexual assault and discrimination investigations. While at the University of Denver, she represented indigent parties under the Student Practice Act and assisted clients in resolving protection order cases through the Civil Litigation Clinic.

Emma has also contributed to cases involving wage theft, workers’ compensation, and dependency and neglect in the Denver area, experience that continues to inform her practical and client-focused approach to family law.
