Biography

Emmet D. Donnelly joined the firm as an associate in 2012. Mr. Donnelly focuses his practice on the defense of general liability and construction accident/labor law matters, including insurance coverage disputes. He also has experience defending major metropolitan hospitals and physicians in medical and dental malpractice cases. Emmet handles all aspects of his cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, and dispositive motion practice.

Emmet works alongside and provides counsel to risk and claim managers at hospitals, non-profit institutions, large insurers, and construction companies, developing case strategies based on each client's unique needs.

He enjoys distance running and completed the New York City Marathon in 2011, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
