Biography

Erez is an associate in our firm’s Litigation Department.

Adv. Erez Oded specializes in representing individuals and corporations before a wide variety of courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution procedures (mediation, arbitration, etc.

As part of his role, Erez represents clients in various legal proceedings, including engineering and infrastructure litigation, financial and contractual claims, shareholder disputes, administrative petitions, and more.

In addition, Erez has unique experience representing leading Israeli real estate companies in disputes concerning complex and large-scale projects.

Before joining the firm, Erez worked in the litigation department of a top law firm in Israel.
