Biography

Eric Arthur Shier is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. His practice areas include premises liability, auto negligence, negligent security, and other catastrophic personal injury matters.

Mr. Shier received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he was a research assistant for multiple professors.

Mr. Shier is a member of the Florida Bar and began his career in Insurance Defense Litigation upon graduating law school. He is born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and is an avid sports fan.
