Eric B. Stone

Eric B. Stone, a former U.S. Marine, brings a unique perspective to his legal practice, particularly in military law. As a judge advocate general, he adeptly handled cases involving courts martial, Article 32 investigations, and various military law matters, including AWOL, desertion, security clearance revocation, and Article 15s. Based in Stafford, Virginia, Eric manages a diverse caseload that includes DUI, assault, harassment, juvenile offenses, and civilian divorces. He is also dedicated to representing military families in divorce and family law matters, such as child support and protective orders. Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. He further honed his skills at the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming. A recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal in 2003, Eric served as a judge at the Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals from 2005 to 2007.
