Biography

Eric C. Cole is a Baker, Manock & Jensen, PC Shareholder. His practice includes agricultural finance, secured lending, real estate law, agribusiness, Reclamation and water law, and intellectual property matters. Mr. Cole represents banks and institutional lenders in documenting, structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured loans. He also negotiates and documents loan workouts and the sale of problem loans. For his agribusiness clients, he regularly assists with all types of real property transactions, financing matters, Reclamation law compliance, and trademark matters.

Prior to joining Baker Manock & Jensen, PC, Mr. Cole was a hydrogeologist with consulting firms in Fresno and Sacramento. Mr. Cole serves on the Board of Directors of Sierra Foothill Conservancy, a local non-profit land trust that protects grasslands, foothills, and forests between Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Park. He is a member of the San Joaquin Valley Ag Lenders Society, Groundwater Resources Association of California, San Joaquin Valley Chapter, and the Agricultural Law and Business and Real Property Sections of the Fresno County Bar Association.
