Biography

Eric Gingold graduated from Williams College in 1996. He then played professional basketball in the United States and abroad, prior to attending Emory School of Law. He resumed his career playing professional basketball abroad, while completing his studies, graduating from Emory School of Law in 2002. He sat for the New York and New Jersey bar examinations during his final professional season in Japan. Since then, he has represented hospitals and physicians in the area of medical malpractice litigation. Eric Gingold is experienced with all aspects of pre-trial proceedings and litigation in the defense of medical institutions and health professionals.

Eric has lectured at hospitals around NYC on medical malpractice cases and litigation. He is a member of the Medical Malpractice Advisory Committee as well as the Tort Advisory Committee in NYC. He is the Director of the HPM&B Mentor Program.
