Eric Anthony d'Adesky is an Associate in the firm's Miami office, where he focuses on business litigation, class actions, commercial litigation, employment litigation, condominium and homeowners' association disputes, intellectual property, and professional malpractice.

Mr. d'Adesky earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, with a minor in Economics, from Florida State University. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and near the top of his class.

During law school, Mr. d'Adesky interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)'s Miami District Office, excelled as a member of the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocates, worked as a research assistant to Professor Kerri Stone, and earned three prestigious book awards in Contracts, International Commercial Arbitration, and Focused Topics in Employment Discrimination.
