Biography

Eric maintains a broad practice which includes commercial, construction, professional liability, and class action litigation. Eric also has extensive appellate experience inclusive of both the state of Iowa and the Eighth Circuit, and he has presented oral argument to the Iowa Supreme Court and Iowa Court of Appeals numerous times. Originally from Bettendorf, Iowa, Eric obtained a finance degree from the University of Iowa in 1997. Eric then served in the United States Air Force until 2001 as a weapons systems cost analyst, while stationed at Hanscom AFB near Boston, Massachusetts. Eric joined the firm in 2004 following his graduation from the University of Iowa College of Law. Eric and his wife have two children and reside in Ankeny.
