Biography

Eric is a seasoned litigator with over 30 years of experience representing clients in complex personal injury cases across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Recognized as a SuperLawyer™ in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Eric has also been named a Top Attorney in Pennsylvania. His extensive litigation experience spans product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, construction accidents, auto accidents, and other intricate claims, earning him numerous multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts. As an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Eric’s membership is by invitation only and based on rigorous qualifications. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting his high level of professional excellence. Eric is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, limited to attorneys who have achieved million-dollar settlements and verdicts.

Eric is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a Law Review member. Eric has served his community as president of the Germantown Cricket Club and as an elected member of the Radnor Township School Board.
