Eric Gerard: Attorney with Keith & Lorfing

Biography

Eric Gerard isn’t just any trial lawyer, he’s a former state and federal prosecutor who has spent his career standing up to those who break the rules. After graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law and acing the Texas Bar Exam, he cut his teeth in New York City’s tough courtrooms and later prosecuted complex fraud and public corruption cases as a federal attorney. This high-pressure experience is exactly why he’s so effective in catastrophic injury litigation today. In just the last five years, Eric has recovered more than $250 million for his clients, including massive settlements for 18-wheeler crashes and corporate misconduct. At Keith & Lorfing, he serves as a senior strategist on high-exposure cases, bringing elite "firepower" to West Texas. He’s also a teacher at heart, training lawyers nationwide through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Eric believes in accountability and fairness, ensuring that elite results are available to hardworking neighbors right here at home. When you’ve been seriously hurt and need someone who won't blink in a fight, Eric is the strategist you want leading the charge.
