Am aware of the filings and arguments made in a misdemeanor open container case during which Mr. Scott accused the Court of bias. Filings were incompetent at best and criminal at worst and Mr. Scott showed an immense lack of judgement, discretion and humility during arguments on case. In my opinion, from the one case, and based upon word of mouth from other attorneys, Mr. Scott has shown an extreme lack of professionalism and legal acumen. Read less
