Biography

Eric Watson focuses his practice in the areas of casualty, product liability and trucking litigation. He defends claims arising from a variety of trucking accidents including vehicle/ pedestrian and multiple vehicle collisions, and represents businesses against premises liability, auto negligence and various tort claims. Eric also represents heavy equipment manufacturers against product defect claims.

Prior to entering private practice, Eric worked as an assistant state attorney for both the Ninth and Third Judicial Circuits.

He served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth Kovachevich in the U.S. District Court of Florida, Middle District. Eric also served as a legal clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Florida.
