Eric K. Washburn

Mr. Washburn is a Hampton Roads native and has spent the majority of his life calling Hampton Roads his home. He graduated from Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School in 1997 Mr. Washburn graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where he graduated in 2001 with a B.B.A. in Finance. In 2010, Mr. Washburn graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.From 2011-2013, Mr. Washburn served the citizens of Danville, Virginia as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney. Mr. Washburn gained invaluable trial experience in all types of criminal matters, including violent felonies, property crimes, narcotic possession and distribution and DUI and traffic offenses. Mr. Washburn utilizes his experience as a former prosecutor defending those charged with misdemeanors, felonies, and traffic infractions. Mr. Washburn's main focus is to put his client's needs first and make sure his client's rights are protected at all times.
