Biography

Eric L. Hansen is a principal in the firm, having joined us in 2012 in our business, corporate, tax and estate planning groups.

After 16 years of practice as a certified public accountant, and having achieved partnership status with Deloitte & Touche, Eric moved to the full-time practice of law in 1991. With his strong background in tax, accounting, and business, Eric brings a very personal approach to developing plans and strategies for estate, tax, and business clients. Eric is equally at ease when working through a small estate plan or negotiating a multi-million dollar business transaction. He represents numerous closely-held corporations and their owners in general corporate and business law, tax, estate and gift planning, and transition of business ownership.

Whether stemming from a financial or legal basis, Eric strives to meet the client’s needs with a key focus on listening and responding to client goals. Sound legal analysis, in-depth knowledge of the law, and the ability to work with client goals, Eric stands as a strong voice for both the firm and its clients.
