Eric M. Kelley

Eric M. Kelley practices in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups.

With a practice that focuses on handling clients’ complex discovery challenges, as well as preparing expert witnesses for report drafting, deposition, and trial, his experience spans both state and federal courts and includes all phases of litigation. He has authored a wide variety of motions and briefs, including motions on substantive, procedural, and evidentiary issues with a focus on discovery issues. His experience also includes expert witness retention and preparation, drafting expert witness direct and cross examination outlines, and taking depositions. He works closely with clients to coordinate case strategy and timing.

A 2018 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Mr. Kelley was a member of the Journal of National Security Law & Policy and was a Judicial Extern for Judge Consuelo B. Marshall of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He received his undergraduate degree in English from Williams College, where he was Captain of the Varsity Men’s Lacrosse Team and a member of the Black Student Union. During college, he worked as a Judicial Liaison for the Casey Family Project, a program designed to serve at-risk youth. Following graduation from Williams, he worked as an Intern for the State of Delaware’s Office of Defense Services.
