Biography

Eric Roden is a founding partner of Roden Love LLC and has devoted his legal career exclusively to representing injury victims. With experience spanning wrongful death, automobile accidents, nursing home negligence, and workers’ compensation, Eric is dedicated to maximizing recoveries for those harmed by the negligence or misconduct of others. He has never represented insurance companies, instead focusing his practice on advocating for individuals in need. Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia, Eric is also an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and a registered mediator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution. His published works address strategies for workers’ compensation recoveries and complexities of secondary liability. Beyond his legal practice, Eric contributes to organizations such as the William Jay Society and Launch SAVANNAH, reflecting his strong commitment to both his profession and community.
