Eric S. Waldman

Eric Waldman is a skilled litigator who has a strong track record of delivering successful results for his clients in the financial services, construction, real estate sectors and other industries. He has represented numerous businesses, municipalities, and individuals in a variety of commercial litigation matters, which have included contractual disputes, business tort claims, fraudulent transactions, claims under the Uniform Commercial Code, creditors’ rights, employment disputes, trust and estate disputes and other business issues.
