Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Eric’s legal journey began at James Madison High School, an institution that has produced remarkable legal minds including United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, United States Senator Bernie Sanders, and Judge Judith Sheindlin. Eric obtained his bachelor’s degree at the State University of New York at Albany, where he assumed the role of President of his Fraternity, the youngest in the chapter’s history, and led impactful community service and charitable initiatives, most notably for St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Eric’s legal education continued at St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York, where he was honored to receive the James V. Mangano Scholarship and the Dean’s Award for Excellence. Throughout law school, Eric pursued various internships, including a judicial internship with the Supreme Court of the State of New York. These experiences afforded Eric a diverse background in criminal law, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and general civil practice, equipping Eric with a well-rounded perspective crucial for tackling complex legal challenges.

Since being admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2018, Eric has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to his clients. Eric has represented hundreds of clients in a broad spectrum of civil personal injury cases.
