Biography

Eric Vissichelli handles a diverse array of complex disputes involving commercial real estate, including lease litigation, purchase and sale agreement disputes, commercial mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy litigation, joint venture and shareholder disputes, construction litigation, and cases involving fraud claims and other business torts. Leveraging his deep understanding of both the legal and business issues arising in the real estate sector, Eric consistently navigates the dynamic landscapes of these cases, advocating effectively for his clients and serving the specialized needs of real estate owners and developers, property managers, financial institutions, publicly-traded REITs, private equity and hedge funds, and other industry stakeholders.
