Erica Charlene Diner is an Associate in the firm’s Fort Myers office. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, she practiced law in New York for nearly a decade where she gained valuable experience in civil litigation and handled a large volume of cases.

Ms. Diner obtained both her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Public Policy degrees from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Erica obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Touro Law Center.
