Her main areas of experience include construction defect cases, property sales, employment issues, such as a breach of a duty or a breach of a non-compete agreement, property disputes, business partner disputes, and breaches of lease agreements.

Many of Erica's clients are the company or business owners themselves. Her variety of professional experiences and education in business and marketing allow Erica to relate to where her clients' business and legal needs collide. Her experience as a Division I Volleyball athlete continues to influence her driven, can-do work ethic, as she forms a vital part of our team in support of the firm's clients' litigation goals.
