Erica Amin is a member of the senior counsel class at WSHB's Riverside, California office. Her practice includes labor and employment litigation, focusing on management-side defense involving allegations of wrongful termination, federal and state claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and breach of contract claims.

Ms. Amin is also skilled in handling complex civil litigation, including commercial, medical malpractice, construction liability, and labor law.

She completed her J.D. and earned a Certificate in International and Comparative Law from Whittier Law School. Erica also holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from California State University, Northridge. She is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
