These events inspired her commitment to advocate for individuals harmed by the negligence of others. Combining empathy, compassion, and an extensive understanding of law and medicine, Erica has helped build a distinguished law firm devoted to fighting for its clients. Her personal connection to loss allows her to approach each case with unwavering dedication and sensitivity, particularly in the areas of medicine and personal injury law.

As Chair of the Board for the Brain Injury Association of California, Erica has achieved a prominent position in the field of brain injury law. She spearheaded the creation of the world’s largest brain injury conference, bringing together leading doctors to educate attorneys on advanced medical practices in traumatic brain injury. Additionally, she serves on the boards of the Consumer Attorneys of California and Los Angeles Trial Lawyer Charities.
