Erica Redmond

I reflect on my experiences working at Frame & Frame since 2010, before receiving my degree. I remember seeing a very personal side of law. This fed my passion, throughout my career experiences, and was the driving force behind my ultimate decision to focus on estate planning and probate to establish my career at Frame & Frame.

I enjoy working with clients on Probate and Estate Administration, Guardianship, and Estate Planning matters because I get to make a real difference in people’s lives. I found that these areas of law can really impact a person’s life. Helping people, young and old, to recognize, plan, and organize their priorities for any unforeseen circumstances gives me a real sense of service and satisfaction. I am protecting lives and assets and making a real impact on my clients, their families, and their futures.

It is an extremely rewarding career to literally help to take the weight off someone’s shoulders. As a trusted advisor with Frame & Frame, I have a solid team that has been serving our community for over 70 years. This long and storied history of service to the community is the reason I chose to work at Frame & Frame, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

On a personal note, I am married and have three children. When I’m not working hard, I love to spend time with my family, cheering on the Ravens and Orioles and listening to music. I absolutely love my job as an attorney with Frame & Frame. Getting to meet and care for people is one of the perks of my job!
