"Erica has over 15 years of experience representing employees and labor unions in both individual and class action lawsuits. Her industries of expertise span across IT, healthcare, Banking, and education, among others.

Erica also has significant experience negotiating settlements, including mediation with magistrate judges, Government agencies and private mediators. Erica received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2008 after serving as Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. She received a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management in 2005 from Cornell University, where she remains an active alumni volunteer.

In 2022, Erica received the Community Excellence Award from the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York and joined their Board of Directors in 2024.

Erica has helped to secure many notable victories, including:

- multi-million dollar settlement for CWA Local 1180 administrative managers in an equal pay class action.

- landmark appellate decision affirming the presumption of legitimacy for same-sex marriage in New York.

- multi-million dollar settlement for female EMS officers in a discrimination lawsuit against the FDNY."
