Raised in Colorado Springs and a proud alumna of Academy District 20, she pursued political science at the University of Colorado, graduating Magna Cum Laude with honors. Erica then attended the University of Denver College of Law and joined the Colorado Bar in October 2003. Balancing her professional life with her personal role as a mother, she and her husband, Josh, cherish their three children: Jordan, and identical twins Madison and Emma.
