Ericka also has experience representing food service and catering companies, which includes reviewing and negotiating contracts, human resources, and corporate compliance. Her love of learning eventually led Ericka into the classroom, where she taught speech communication for nearly 10 years as an Associate Professor empowering students to use their voices as a tool.
