Biography

One-hundred percent of my practice is devoted to representing injured employees throughout all stages of the Workers’ Compensation Appeals process. I am committed to advocating aggressively for equitable and just resolutions for my clients and I have litigated hundreds of trials to secure those goals.I've practiced in the areas of Employment and Administrative Law, litigating wage and hour disputes, and working as a consultant for compliance with OSHA regulations. I received my Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, where I was awarded certifications in Tax Law and Entertainment Law.When not litigating, I enjoy competing in fencing tournaments throughout Southern California, putting to practice my ongoing studies into historic martial arts, including Italian rapier and German longsword
