Erik H. Zentz

Erik Zentz is an Associate Attorney for the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates. Born in New Jersey, Zentz and his family eventually migrated to Las Vegas, Nevada where he grew up. In Las Vegas, Zentz worked in the Hotel and Casino industry while attending the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). While attending UNLV he played many sports including wide receiver in football until obtaining a knee injury, and captain of the rugby team. Through his participation in sports teams and his experience in the Hotel and Casino industry, Zentz learned the value of teamwork and customer service.

At the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Zentz obtained his degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. After graduating UNLV, he continued his education by attending Law School in San Diego. Participating in moot court and a mock trial team, Zentz received great hands-on experience which further reinforced his dream of becoming an attorney. After graduating in 2006 he moved back to Las Vegas and became a prosecutor and then a criminal defense attorney.

Zentz operated his own personal injury and criminal defense law firm from 2008 – 2023, during which time he decided to permanently leave Las Vegas and moved to San Diego in 2016. He passed the California bar in 2017 while simultaneously working full time for cases in Las Vegas.

Zentz spent much of his career fighting to make sure clients rights were not violated and justice was served. During this time he gained massive amounts of trial experience, performing well over 1,000 trials.

It was always Zentz dream to become a personal injury attorney and use his vast experience as a trial attorney to help get clients the compensation they deserve.
