Biography

Erik Joffe has been an associate with Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers since 2012. His practice focuses on Long-Term Care Home Negligence and Nursing Home Negligence in addition to other areas of insurance litigation including medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and product liability. He holds a Certificate in Elder Law from Osgoode Hall Law Society.

Erik has argued before the Superior Court of Justice and License and Appeals Tribunal. He is an executive board member of the Brain Injury Society of Toronto and volunteers with Lawyers Feed the Hungry.
