Biography

Erin Sawyer has experience in workers’ compensation and personal injury. She has litigated these matters at the Industrial Commission of Ohio, Ohio State Courts, and Courts of Appeals.

Prior to coming to Bentoff & Duber, Erin represented injured people focusing on workers’ compensation law throughout the state of Ohio. Erin has also aided her local Akron community as a Guardian Ad Litem assisting children and families. Erin also has previous experience representing victims of personal injury in the greater Cleveland area. There, she participated in depositions, mediations, discovery, and extensive trial preparation.

While in law school, Erin was an editor for the Akron Law Review. Outside of work, Erin enjoys exploring the local metro parks and spending time with her husband and two cats.
