Biography

Erin Nicole Hall, formerly Spears, is a 2012 graduate of Boyd County High School in Ashland, Kentucky.

Erin attended the University of Kentucky, where she graduated a semester early. Erin graduated magma cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Family Science and a minor in Political Science. While in college Erin was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority and held countless leadership positions, including Vice President of Chapter Operations.

Shortly thereafter, Erin attended the University of Kentucky College of Law. During law school, Erin was a UK Law Student Ambassador, Competition Coordinator for Trial Advocacy Board, Tryout Chair for Trial Advocacy Board, a member of Women’s Law Caucus, and the Chapter Operations Advisor for Kentucky Alpha Phi. Additionally, Erin received Ambassador of the Year for the school year 2017-2018.

Erin graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in May 2019 and was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in September 2019.

Erin practices both criminal and civil areas of law, including but not limited to, divorce, social security disability, child custody, probate, and criminal offenses.
