WORKERS' COMPENSATION / LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT:

A considerable portion of Ms. Gilmore's practice consists of representing institutions and employers in defense of workers' compensation matters. Prior to practicing at Ryan Smith & Carbine, Ms. Gilmore worked for a national title insurance company, as underwriting counsel and state manager, and she practiced in the area of real estate law, land use and planning, where she handled complex matters in front of various administrative tribunals.
