Biography

Erin Fox, a State Bar Certified Specialist in Family Law, is dedicated to delivering tailored legal representation with meticulous attention to detail to achieve her clients’ objectives. Practicing family law exclusively since 2008, Erin co-founded McNorton Fox PLLC in 2016 with Lisa McNorton. She is an experienced negotiator and a skilled litigator, handling all facets of family law, including legal decision-making and parenting time disputes, divorce, paternity, child support, relocations, third-party rights, premarital agreements, and post-decree matters. Erin is particularly passionate about addressing complex conflicts involving children. In addition to her practice, Erin serves as a judge pro tempore for Pima County Superior Court and is certified as a Parenting Coordinator, Best Interests Attorney for Children, and Court-Appointed Advisor. Her commitment to the community is evident through her volunteer work with Southern Arizona Legal Aid and Step Up for Justice, where she has received recognition for her service. She was named one of Tucson’s 40 Under 40 by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2014 and is highly rated by clients and peers.

A Tucson native, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and children and cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Arizona Wildcats.
