In 2017, Erin launched Erin L. Sandman, PA to provide personalized, cost-effective representation, with the mission statement that clients should experience a law firm “where the needs of the clients come first!” Committed to delivering superior legal services at an affordable rate, Erin specializes in all real estate legal matters, including probate and estate planning, residential and commercial real estate closings, title curative work, contract review, escrow deposit disputes, small claims cases, drafting of real estate documents, foreclosure matters, boat-slip purchases and sales, and landlord-tenant matters. Known for her hands-on approach, professionalism, and responsiveness, while also being able to provide emotional support to her clients. She offers a free 15-minute initial consultation.
