Biography

Erin Nebbia practices in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups.

Ms. Nebbia earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the Trial Advocacy Division of the Georgetown Law Barrister’s Council, and the recipient of the Dean’s Certificate, awarded to a graduating student in recognition of special and outstanding service to the Georgetown Law community.

During law school, Ms. Nebbia served as a Legal Extern at the Office of the District of Columbia Attorney General, where she drafted and edited legal memoranda in child neglect proceedings, and participated in witness prep. She also served as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of New York, where she briefed oppositions to compassionate release motions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, conducted research on federal civil, criminal, and appellate cases, and appeared on behalf of the U.S. in court proceedings pursuant to the New York State student practice order.

Ms. Nebbia graduated, cum laude, with a B.A. in Journalism & Criminology, from the University of Maryland.

She was a member of the Firm’s 2021 Summer Associate Class.
