Biography

Erinn De La Riva is senior counsel in WSHB’s Orange County office. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters.

Erinn graduated from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law where she received an emphasis in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. During law school, Erinn served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Raymond J. Ikola at the California Court of Appeal and the Honorable Erithe A. Smith at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Erinn also served as a member of the Mock Trial Competition Board and received multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for earning the highest grade in several of her courses. Erinn received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
