Biography

Eriprando heads the Firm’s Italian fund formation & financial services practice. He has experience in structuring complex domestic and pan-European alternative fund projects and in forming highly sophisticated alternative funds in a wide range of alternative asset classes, including private debt, private equity, real estate and venture capital. He regularly counsels any type of alternative fund investor as well as alternative fund’s sponsors and managers taking care of the entire life cycle of any alternative fund project, including any carried interest issues and alike. Further he provides advice with reference to complex regulatory matters relating to a wide range of regulated entities (alternative investment fund managers, banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, payment institutions, securitization vehicles) as well as in connection with any extraordinary transactions run by regulated entities and with any securities law matters, including alternative investment fund managers / their teams reorganization transactions and banking de-risking transactions.
