Ernest Lee, Sr.

Ernest J. Lee Sr., founder of Lee Law Group, is a distinguished litigator in San Diego known for tackling challenging cases in personal injury, criminal defense, and consumer protection. Born in Ft. Bragg, NC, Ernest was deeply influenced by his parents, CWO Major Lee Jr. and Lucille Lee, who instilled in him the values of loyalty and hard work. Following his father's military service, the family settled in St. Louis, MO, where Major Lee ran a successful laundromat and dry-cleaning business. Ernest attended University City High School and the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Before pursuing law, he contributed to the family business, gaining valuable management experience. Inspired by his sister Irene’s legal career, Ernest attended the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law, graduating in 1999. Drawn to the vibrant lifestyle of Southern California, he moved to San Diego in 2001, practicing at reputable firms before founding Lee Law Group in 2006.
